The appendices are the body of evidence that supports the PTAM's conclusions. A well-organized photographic and documentary dossier is essential to the work's credibility.
Photos of the property and surroundings
- Façade and main entrance — exterior view of the property.
- Interior spaces — every room and its condition.
- Infrastructure — electrical, plumbing and roofing.
- Features and improvements — pool, barbecue, gourmet area, etc.
- Points of attention — cracks, dampness or wear.
- Surroundings — street, sidewalk, immediate neighborhood and area view.
Documentation and maps
Up-to-date title deed, approved floor plan, occupancy permit or regularization certificate, recent property tax bill (IPTU), and — for rural properties — CCIR, CAR and other land documents. Also include the city location map, the points-of-interest map, the site plan within the lot, and photos of the comparative samples.
Best practice: organize the appendices into numbered sections, with descriptive captions on each photo and map, making the document easy to read and understand for third parties.
