- Lot area — in m² or hectares (rural).
- Total built area — the sum of all built areas.
- Private area — exclusive-use area (in condominiums).
- Lot dimensions — frontage, depth and sides.
- Frontage — the lot's front along the public road.
Construction features
- Construction standard — economy, simple, medium, high or luxury.
- Year of construction — estimated or documented.
- State of conservation — new, excellent, good, fair or poor.
- Finish standard — high, medium or simple.
Rooms and amenities
For residential: bedrooms, en-suites, bathrooms, living rooms, powder rooms, closets, home offices and parking spaces. For commercial: clear ceiling height, electrical capacity, accessibility and security. For industrial: yard area, floor load capacity, loading docks, gates and the industrial electrical system.
Environmental comfort: sun orientation, natural ventilation, daylight and any special features or improvements are also recorded.
