Résumé and qualifications
Academic background, relevant specializations and technical courses, professional experience in appraisals, certifications and titles.
Statement of impartiality
The appraiser formally declares having no personal or financial interest in the property, no family or dependency relationship with the requester that would compromise impartiality, and that the appraisal was carried out with technical and professional independence.
Responsibility and validity: the professional takes full technical responsibility, subject to the sanctions of the Real Estate Agents' Code of Ethics and the COFECI/CRECI rules. A PTAM is typically valid for 6 months from issuance; the signature may be handwritten or a digital signature certified by a competent authority.
